I am Julia Rymut, a single mom in Madison, WI. I have taught mothers to relax with Thai Massage, Essential Oils, Meditation and Yoga. I walk regularly and dance weekly to relieve my stress. When I’m crazy with stress, my go-to therapy is a good walk in the woods.
